Trying to keep up with HMRC’s ever-changing legislation can make running your company’s payroll yourself a daunting task, and an expensive one, if you find that you have to buy software to help.
At Bookkeeping Bureau Accountancy Services we offer payroll services that run weekly or monthly, depending on your requirements and when and how you pay your employees. We have invested in Sage’s payroll software, which enables us to remain up-to-date with HMRC’s legislation, as well as automating and simplifying running your payroll.
If you choose to use both our payroll and bookkeeping services, this will significantly simplify the production of your year-end accounts, keeping the costs down.
CIS
The Construction Industry Scheme was set up by HMRC to monitor tradesmen and companies who work in the construction industry and minimise tax avoidance.
If you or your business use subcontractors on a regular basis, it’s a legal requirement for you to be registered as a contractor in the CIS scheme, and submit CIS returns every month.
We have invested in Sage software to prepare and submit monthly CIS returns to HMRC quickly and easily, which we combine with our bookkeeping services at a rate that includes both services.
